Cookies

This website does not use cookies: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no social media plugins. That is why you don't see a cookie banner.

Fonts and scripts are served from this website itself, so visiting it does not send your data to Google or other third parties. The Instagram and Facebook icons are plain links; those platforms only receive data once you click through to them, under their own privacy policies.

Contact form and email

When you use the contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address, your phone number (if you fill it in) and your message.

• Why: only to answer your question or to discuss a booking.
• Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible agreement, and my legitimate interest in answering messages (GDPR art. 6.1 b and f).
• How long: as long as needed to handle your request, and at most 2 years after our last contact, unless an agreement follows and the law requires me to keep it longer (e.g. invoices).
• Who receives it: nobody else. The messages pass through my web host and mail provider (Hostinger), who process them on my behalf only. Your data is never sold or used for newsletters.

To prevent abuse of the form, a non-identifiable hash of your IP address is kept for at most one hour.

Server logs

Like every web server, the hosting provider automatically logs technical data of each visit (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) to keep the website secure and running. These logs are not used to identify visitors and are deleted automatically after a limited period.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Send an email to info@bjornhoeterickx.be and I will reply within one month.

If you feel your data is not handled correctly, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

All photos are taken at public concerts and are shown as a portfolio of my work. All rights are reserved: the photos may not be copied, published or used commercially without my written permission.

Are you recognisable in a photo and would you like it removed? Send me the link to the album and a short description and I will remove it promptly.
